Built for the school that meets when everyone else is off.
CampusMosaic is shaped around the week a weekend school actually has: a few hours, mostly volunteers, and a hundred small things to keep straight.
Where it started
A spreadsheet carries a school further than anyone expects. The trouble starts later, when the registration list, the register and the fee balances are three files kept by three people — and one of them is away this Saturday.
None of that is carelessness. It is what a school builds when the people running it are doing it around their own working week, in the ten minutes before class.
CampusMosaic exists so those pieces stay together from one Saturday to the next.
What we hold to
- Simple enough for a volunteer.
- If somebody needs training before they can mark a register, the screen is wrong. Every page assumes a phone, a teacher on their feet, and children already in the room.
- It fits the school you already run.
- You name your own subjects, levels and classes. CampusMosaic never asks what kind of school you are, because it does not need to know to be useful.
- Your school stays in control of its records.
- We do not sell them, mine them, or mix one school's with another's. If you ever leave, any administrator can download the whole school themselves.
Who it is for
CampusMosaic is not built around one curriculum or one community. A weekend school might teach Arabic, Hebrew, Mandarin, Korean, scripture or strings, and it might meet on a Saturday, on a Sunday or on two evenings a week. The register, the fee list and the parent asking how their child is doing look much the same in all of them.
CampusMosaic is still early
That is why it is one product at one price instead of a grid of tiers, and why the price is set low while the first schools are arriving. Those schools shape what gets built next, and founding schools keep their contracted founding subscription rate while they remain continuously subscribed.
How it is run
CampusMosaic is independently owned and operated — not part of a larger software company, and not a reseller putting its name on somebody else's. The address you write to reaches the people who operate CampusMosaic directly.
We publish no uptime figure, no service-level agreement and no guaranteed weekend cover, because we are not set up to stand behind one and would rather say so. Planned maintenance is kept off weekend mornings wherever we can. If something is wrong, write to [email protected] and we will pick it up as soon as we can.
Security, privacy and billing questions have their own addresses, listed on Contact. Write whenever you want to. Nothing about starting requires it.
