Your school stays separate
Each school's records are kept separate. People can only reach a school they have been added to, so someone at another school cannot view your students, families or fees.
Within your school, people see only what their role allows. Teachers reach the students in the classes they teach, and not the school's fee records. Parents see their own children, and nobody else's.
Your records stay yours
CampusMosaic does not sell school records, and there is no advertising in the product. Your records are your school's. Any administrator can download the whole school as spreadsheets at any time, without asking us.
Payments
Families pay tuition to your school directly, and your school records each payment, so CampusMosaic never holds a family's card details. Your school's own subscription is paid through Stripe: card details go from your browser straight to Stripe and never reach CampusMosaic.
Protected and backed up
Every page of CampusMosaic is served over an encrypted connection, and school records are backed up daily.
