Questions
What happens when we pass 30 students?
You can use Free with up to 30 active students. To add a 31st, move to CampusMosaic School — there is no overage charge and nothing is billed per student. An active student is one marked active in your school; graduated and withdrawn students keep their history and stop counting.
Can we switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — both are offered in your school's own billing settings.
Do you charge per teacher?
No. Teachers, admins and parent accounts are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. Active students are the only thing we count.
Can we bring the school we already have?
Yes, at no extra cost. Upload your spreadsheet, or an export from the system you use now, and CampusMosaic brings your families, students, teachers, classes, enrolments and current balances across. You review it first, and a fresh import can be undone. Years of past attendance, grades and accounting are not converted.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Any of your administrators can download the whole school — families, students, attendance, progress and fee records — as spreadsheets, whenever you want them.
What happens if we cancel?
Monthly has no long-term contract: cancel anytime and your school runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Annual is paid once, so cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the rest of the year. Either way, nothing your school entered is deleted.
