Everything your weekend school needs.
In one simple place.
Registration, classes, attendance, tuition, parents and progress — together, instead of another stack of spreadsheets.
Registration and families
Parents register themselves, and the whole family stays together.
- Open registration on your own dates, with a place limit if you want one
- Brothers and sisters belong to one household, not four unrelated forms
Classes and schedules
Build the week once, and everyone lands in the right room.
- A student can sit in more than one class
- Teachers, times, school days and holidays in one calendar
Attendance
Open the class, tap each student, done.
- Present, late, absent and excused, taken from a phone in the classroom
- The year's record is there when a parent asks about a Saturday in October
Tuition and payments
Know what every family owes without keeping another spreadsheet.
- Invoices per family, sibling pricing, and a running balance
- Take card payments through Stripe, or record cash and bank transfers yourself
Parents and communication
Parents can look for themselves instead of phoning the office.
- Each parent signs in and sees only their own children
- Announcements are timestamped, so “we were never told” has an answer
Progress and report cards
Teachers record how the year is going and publish a report at the end of it.
- Your own grading scale, kept term by term
- Schools that run memorisation or revision programmes can track that progress too
Saturday should be about the students, not chasing forms, balances and class lists. It works from a phone, a tablet or a computer, so the register can be taken standing in the room.
Already have a school?
Bring the school you run today. Keep the older history where it is.
Start from the spreadsheet you keep, or an export from the system you use now — CSV, TSV or Excel. You match the columns, see exactly what will be created before anything is written, and import it yourself in the Migration Centre — on every plan, at no extra cost.
- What comes across
- Families, students, parents, teachers, classes and enrolments — including a student in more than one class — and the balance each family owes today.
- What stays where it is
- Years of past attendance, grades and accounting are not converted. Your records here start from the day you move, so keep the archive your current system gives you for as long as your school needs it.
- Nobody is contacted by the import
- Importing emails no teacher and no parent. Invitations are prepared and left unsent until an administrator sends them.
- If you imported the wrong file
- An import can be undone while nothing has been built on top of it. Once a register, a grade or a payment exists against those records, CampusMosaic keeps them and tells you what is holding it.
We have not seen every system a school might be leaving. If you are unsure yours will come across, ask first: name it and paste its column headings. Don't send your live roster; if we need a sample we will ask for a few rows with names and other personal information removed.
