Your rate stays in place
Once your school subscribes to CampusMosaic School, its contracted rate stays in place while the paid subscription remains continuous. New paid subscriptions use the prices available when they begin.

Questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged — there is no card on file. The school pauses until one of its administrators chooses a plan, and its data is kept. Choose CampusMosaic School and everything is where you left it, at the same address.
Why are there different paid prices?
They are not separate products. CampusMosaic School is one plan with one feature set, and each price is a limit on active students. A larger school pays more because it has more children, never because it bought more.
Going past your plan's limit needs an administrator's approved upgrade, cost shown first.
We have more than 500 students. What then?

Can we switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — pick one at checkout, and write to us to change it: we will move you at your next renewal.
Do you charge per teacher?
No. Teachers, admins and parent accounts are unlimited, during the free trial and after it. Active students are the only thing we count.
Can we bring the school we already have?
Yes, at no extra cost. Upload your spreadsheet, or an export from the system you use now, and CampusMosaic brings your families, students, teachers, classes, enrolments and current balances across. You review it first, and a fresh import can be undone. Years of past attendance, grades and accounting are not converted.
Can families pay tuition online?
Not through CampusMosaic yet. Families pay your school as they do now, and your school records each payment against its invoice.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Any of your administrators can download the whole school — families, students, attendance, progress and fee records — as spreadsheets, whenever you want them.
What happens if we cancel?
Monthly: cancel anytime and your school runs to the end of the paid month. Cancelling annual stops the next renewal without refunding the rest of the year, unless it is a first annual purchase cancelled within 30 days, which is refunded in full. Nothing your school entered is deleted.
